Your pen was finished with a friction polish and then Renaissance wax. All you need to do is keep your pen clean and apply a nonabrasive paste wax. Make sure the wax does not contain any abrasives and the cloth you used to wipe it clean is abrasive free. I suggest renaissance wax and an old cotton shirt.
